According to two industry sources, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium increased its oil exports by 9% per day in September compared to August, to 6.6 millions metric tons or 1.75million barrels daily.

CPC exports oil via a pipeline that carries over 80% of all Kazakh crude oil exports. It then goes on to Russia's Yuzhnaya Ozereevka Terminal in the Black Sea.

CPC is owned by Chevron, Exxon Mobil and other major U.S. oil companies.

According to one source, CPC increased its oil supply from Kazakhstan from 5.703 millions tons in August to 6.043 millions tons last month.

The Russian oil exports also fell to 583,000 tonnes from 601,000.

CPC doesn't comment on its commercial activities.
