And This Just In

Friday, September 30, 2005
The press is reporting that the Danish Air Force has paid $5,000 in compensation for the death of Rudolf, one of Santa’s reindeer. The reindeer (there is uncertainty as to whether its nose was actually red) died of heart failure after two fighter jets screamed overhead at low altitude. The animal’s owner, Olavi Nikkanoff (aka St. Nick) will use the money to acquire another reindeer to pull his sleigh during upcoming Christmas events. (HK Law)
