Proposed Expansion of Sabine Pass LNG, LP

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued a Notice stating that it received an application from Sabine Pass LNG, LP seeking authorization to site, construct, and operate additional liquefied natural gas (LNG) import facilities in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. This expansion would constitute Phase 2 of its on-going project. Comments on this application should be submitted by September 2. 70 Fed. Reg. 48695 (HK Law)
