Tunisia purchases approximately 75,000 tons barley through a tender
European traders reported that Tunisia's state grain agency purchased approximately 75,000 metric tonnes of animal feed barley at an international auction on Friday.
Barley for 25,000 tonnes was bought at $257.00 per ton, cost and freight.
Trading house Euro Commodities was named as the seller.
Two more consignments of 25,000 tons were also purchased. They can be sourced from any origin.
Bunge sold one to trading house Casillo for $267.25 per ton.
The reports reflect the opinions of traders, and it is possible to estimate prices and volume later.
