USCG Searching for Missing Tour Helicopter
The Coast Guard is searching for seven people overdue aboard a tour helicopter on Kauai, Thursday."The weather conditions are challenging. Comment Period for BWMS Type Approval Policy now Open
The Coast Guard announced in the Federal Register that it is seeking public comment on a draft policy letter for accepting test methods that measure viability of organisms when conducting Ballast Water Management System type approval testing.The draft policy is available on the Office of Operating and Environmental Standards website, or via the Federal Register Notice.Comments must reach the Coast Guard by Sept. 30, 2019.
