Cook Inlet Tug & Barge Acquiring Assets on Alaskaâs North Slope

Cook Inlet Tug & Barge (CITB), an independently managed subsidiary of Foss Maritime Company, entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Crowley Vessel Sales Group and completed the purchase of all of Crowleyâs Prudhoe Bay, Alaska assets â including tugs, barges, heavy machinery and other vehicles and equipment.âThese assets are already positioned on the North Slope,â said John Parrott, President and CEO of Foss.
Crowleyâs LNG-Fueled ConRo Completes Maiden Voyage

The second of Crowley Maritime Corp.âs new combination container/roll-on roll-off âConRoâ ships - MV Taíno, one of the first of its kind to be powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG) - completed its maiden voyage to Puerto Rico on Friday morning, Jan. 11. Jensen Maritime Designs New Tier IV Tractor Tugs for Foss
