Further to Classification News No. 10/2012, the US Coast Guard (USCG) has issued a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to address and clarify issues related to the United States ballast water management regulations. The FAQs, together with a copy of the regulations and other information related to them, can be downloaded from the USCG environmental standards web page at http://www.uscg.mil/hq/cg5/cg522/cg5224/bwm.asp
