One of the world's largest shipping nations, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, has acceded to five major IMO Conventions. Mr. Joseph A. Bigler, Counsellor to the Maritime Administration, Republic of the Marshall Islands, has deposited with IMO Secretary-General, Efthimios E.
