Shipowner and operator Swire Pacific Offshore Operations (Pte) Ltd. (SPO) welcomes another new anchor handling tug supply vessel, Pacific Dispatchto its fleet with her launch and naming ceremony. This vessel is built by Singapore Technologies Marine Ltd. (ST Marine) shipyard in Singapore.
