Greg Hewitt is Executive V.P. of Kalmar

Greg Hewitt (MBA, B.Sc.) has over 25 years of versatile experience from industrial equipment, transportation, major appliances and retail businesses. He has worked as President and CEO in Heil Trailer International, as Vice President & General Manager in Komatsu North America, Construction Division, and as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service at Jacobsen, a Textron Company. "Greg Hewitt will be focusing on the development of our sales and service and customer interfaces in the Americas region, with the target to increase Kalmar's market share in the region. Cargotec's Kalmar Receives Major Repeat Order From TraPac

Cargotec's Kalmar has won a major order to supply 17 automated stacking cranes and 11 automated straddle carriers for leading terminal services provider TraPac Inc, a subsidiary of Mitsui OSK Lines, in Los Angeles, USA. The equipment is scheduled for delivery in 2015 and early 2016. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the order. This contract follows an order for ten Kalmar automated stacking cranes and 17 automated straddle carriers received in October 2011. Cargotec Wins U.S. Port Automation Contract

Cargotec has won a contract to supply ten state-of-the-art Kalmar automatic stacking cranes and 17 customer specific automatic shuttle carriers to leading terminal services' provider TraPac Inc, in Los Angeles, USA. The equipment will be delivered to TraPac Inc, a subsidiary of Mitsui OSK Lines, in 2012 and 2013. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the order. The order has been booked in the third quarter of 2011. Lennart Brelin, Cargotec Executive Vice President, Americas said this order reinforced the company's position as a leading supplier in port automation.
