Ltd., the private sector chemical engineering, procurement and construction management (EPC) service provider, announced that it was designated a constituent of the MSCI Global Small Cap Indices, effective after the close of business on May 31, 2013, according to an announcement by MSCI Inc. on May 15, 2013.
