Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc. has opened a second marine service location in Seattle, Wa. devoted to servicing offshore supply vessels, cruise lines, ferries, cargo carriers and other ocean vessels. Like its sister marine service location in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., the West Coast location will serve both on-call and service contract customers. The new Seattle dedicated marine service location will offer a wide variety of services: on-call emergency response, repair services, spare parts services, condition monitoring, technical support programs and asset management programs. Siemens new Seattle marine service location will offer a large array of repair services for automation, drives, motors, instrumentation and controls as well as spare parts services and part audits.
