Greg Black, Director of the Government Business Solutions Division, promoted to Senior Vice President of WRSystems, Ltd. Mr. Black has over 30 years of experience in federal and private sector weapon system program management. He served in the United States Air Force and after completion of his military duty, entered the Federal Civil Service as an engineer with the Naval Space Command, performing several functions including Program Manager for the Relocatable Over-the-Horizon Radar (ROTHR) program.
