San Juan - Horizon Lines Inc. has named Richard Rodriguez, Vice President and General Manager, Puerto Rico. In this new role, Rodriguez will be responsible for all on-island sales and operations activity, local labor, security, as well as government relations. Formerly, he was Port Manager in San Juan for the company. Rodriguez reports to Brian Taylor, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
