Treasure Hunters, GME, Seek Funds For Deepwater Salvage

Florida-based Global Marine Exploration, Inc. (GME) seeks to raise $12 million dollars to continue development of their deep underwater salvage division GME Deep . This effort is the next step in the company's plan to rescue billions in gold and treasure from the ocean depths. GME, in collaboration with world-renowned shipwreck explorer and archaeologist Sir Robert Marx, will be hosting a private investment event in Orlando, Florida. Investors will be treated to an in-depth look at the new age of historic shipwreck exploration.

EU and US Associations Partner for Transatlantic Trade

On 18 September 2013, Thom Dammrich, president of the National Marine Manufacturers Association and Robert Marx, President of European Boating Industry, signed a joint declaration stating the intention of both organizations to work together in order to reduce and looking ahead, eliminate, unnecessary regulatory costs and unjustified regulatory differences between the EU and the US in the boating industry. This common declaration is occurring during the wider EU-US trade negotiations which were launched in July 2013 under the name of Transatlantic Trade & Investment Partnership (TTIP). Veson Nautical Opens New Office

Veson Nautical announced at the 23rd Asia-Pacific Petroleum Conference (APPEC) the opening of its newest location in Singapore and the addition of Jesse DiIanni, who will be leading the company’s project management team. Veson’s staff and location expansions are part of its ongoing Customer Care Program, which includes training, staff and post-implementation initiatives designed to provide enhanced support and services to its customer base. Jesse DiIanni, Veson’s Project Manager, has an understanding of project lifecycles, customer management, and product implementations. Prior to joining Veson, Jesse was Project Manager for MFC Global Investment Systems, which is part of John Hancock.
