The Texas Office of Oil Spill Prevention and Response (OSPR) released the Spring 2006 edition of its Facility and Maritime Affairs (FAMA) newsletter. In addition to discussing the previous hurricane season, the newsletter reminds owners and operators of vessels operating in Texas coastal waters of the requirement to register with OSPR.
