Appointment at A.S.A.P. Supplies

Worldwide Distributor of marine equipment and spares, A.S.A.P. Supplies Ltd, appointed Tom Edwards as Sales Manager.

Formerly Supervisor of the Sales department, Mr. Edwards’ promotion is welcomed by the Board. The Company based in Beccles, Suffolk have seen Mr. Edward’s progress over the last few years with great leadership skills. His valued work has contributed to the Company’s growth, including meeting and exceeding strategic targets.

The newly appointed Sales Manager, (son of Peter Edwards who cofounded the Company), joined his father and the rest of the team back in July 2002. Since which, Mr. Edwards has progressed through Warehousing, Administration and Sales roles, collecting invaluable technical product knowledge and training over the years on the products/systems available from the Company including fuel polishing, exhausts, domestics, engine spares, pumps, steering and many more. This has enabled him and his team to support customers over and above most other supply companies with technical advice and support.

The Company’s strategy moving forward will include Mr. Edwards as a key member in helping to improve sales in existing market sectors as well as helping to spread the marketing of our main brand products and maximising every sales opportunity in the U.K. and Worldwide. The role will include involvement in and overseeing  Telephone sales, online ordering, shows, exhibitions, customer visits, presentations, marketing and customer service.
