Drilling Rig Sinks While Under Construction

Reuters reported that a rig under construction for Odfjell Drilling sank at a Daewoo-owned shipyard in South Korea Saturday.
 
The drilling rig, intended for BP use at the Schiellion and Loyal fields in British Waters, had workers on board at the time of the incident, but it is unknown how many. No injuries have been reported.
 
The rig allegedly sunk to the seabed, but is not submerged.
