Houston Ship Channel Crash, $1B Loss

According to a report from the Associated Press, the U.S. Coast Guard said a barge accident that left an electric tower leaning precariously over the water and shut down the Houston Ship Channel will cause a nearly $1b economic loss. The channel is a lifeline to the Port of Houston, one of the nation's busiest ports.
