Quality hat-trick for GAC Marine Logistics

Global ship spares logistics provider GAC Marine Logistics Inc. (GML) has secured ISO certifications in recognition of its Quality Management, Environmental Management and Occupational Health & Safety Systems. The ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certificates were presented to GML Global Director Jan Kielmann by DNV GL’s Business Assurance Country Manager for the Middle East Alireza Ramin Majd at the company’s head office in Dubai, UAE. Ramin Majd says: “Companies today are subject to a far higher level of scrutiny from all stakeholders. The demand for transparency with respect to what footprint you leave on the environment, how safely you manage your operations, and how you continually improve quality, is increasing for businesses globally.

GAC Launches Global Logistics Service

GAC Group (GAC) has launched its new global supply chain management service to meet the demand for fast and efficient delivery of ship spares and marine parts. By leveraging on the group's combined infrastructure and core expertise in logistics, ship agency and marine services, GAC has created GAC Marine Logistics Inc (GML), a company dedicated to offering ship owners and spares suppliers an integrated and seamless door-to-vessel solution.
