Offshore service provider Ezra Holdings has announced that subsea division, EMAS AMC, has won global contracts values at over $115m including options, reports Business Times. These contracts include one for rigid pipe lay for the Aviat field development in the UK North Sea; engineering and offshore support work in West Africa for an oil major which will be undertaken together with Ezra's subsidiary company, EMAS Offshore Limited. Other subsea contract work includes ROV support services and High Voltage Alternate Current (HVAC) pull-ins. Ezra Holdings Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary, London Marine Consultants (LMC), Ezra’s Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) Turret Design outfit, has been awarded a contract by Sembcorp Marine’s subsidiary Jurong Shipyard of Singapore, to supply an external turret mooring system for the Libra field’s Extended Well Test (EWT) FPSO vessel. The Libra oil field is a large, ultra-deepwater (up to 2,500 meters) oil prospect located in the Santos Basin, about 230 kilometers off the coast of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, north of Tupi field. The oil field estimated to contain recoverable resources ranging between eight billion to 12 billion barrels of oil and is one of the largest deepwater oil accumulations globally.

Ezra informs that it has sustained another quarter of growing revenues and improving operating performance with fiscal 9M 2014 revenues crossing the US$1 billion mark. Ezra, a leading contractor and provider of integrated offshore solutions to the oil and gas (O&G) industry, adds that it achieved a record revenue of US$1 billion for the nine months ended 31 May 2014 (“9M14”), a 24% increase from US$842.9 million in the previous corresponding period (“9M13”). Revenue for the three months ended 2014 (“3Q14”) has also outperformed previous year (“3Q13”), increasing 27% to US$402.1 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the Group grew 144% to US$125.4 million and adjusted profit after tax turned from a loss of US$43.5 million in 9M13 to a profit of US$25.0 million in 9M14.

Ezra Holdings Limited today announced plans to consolidate its Offshore Support Services division, EMAS Marine, into its associated company, EOC Limited, which is listed on the Oslo Børs, Norway. Upon completion of the transaction, the enlarged EOC Group will be one of the largest offshore support operators in Asia Pacific by asset value, managing an offshore services platform comprising over $1 billion in offshore support assets. Its diverse and versatile fleet of 50 offshore vessels is among the youngest in the region. The fleet has a combined bollard pull of almost 4,000 tons, more than 37,000 dwt and a total of almost 350,000 BHP, making it one of the strongest and most powerful in the region, with capabilities to operate globally at ultra-deep water depths.

EMAS, the operating brand of Ezra Holdings, a global offshore contractor and provider of integrated offshore solutions to the oil and gas (O&G) industry, today announced that it has received a Letter of Agreement (LOA) from Noble Energy for the Gunflint Project in the Gulf of Mexico (GoM). Under the terms of the agreement EMAS’s Subsea Services division, EMAS AMC has been nominated to perform the offshore installation of pipelines, umbilicals and ancillary equipment for the Gunflint Project in the Mississippi Canyon area of the US GoM in water depths in excess of 2,000 meters. EMAS, the operating brand of Ezra Holdings, a global offshore contractor and provider of integrated offshore solutions to the oil and gas industry, today announced that the group has been awarded subsea construction and offshore support contracts in Asia Pacific and West Africa with a combined value exceeding $125 million, including options. Following contract wins in January, EMAS AMC continued its momentum with subsea contracts awarded in West Africa and Asia, including a deepwater pipeline installation project in the South China Sea.

EMAS announced that its Subsea Services division (EMAS AMC) has been awarded projects worth a total of approximately $80 million (USD), including options. The scope of these projects cover a large spectrum of subsea work, including the decommissioning and towage of an FPSO in Asia and the deployment of an inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) vessel in the Americas. Work for a majority of the contracts is expected to commence by the first half of 2014. “We are extremely pleased with these contract wins, which allows us to showcase the breadth of capabilities that EMAS AMC possesses as well as our global reach,” said EMAS’s Group CEO and Managing Director, Lionel Lee. “It is an auspicious start to the new year.

Singapore's EMAS, the operating brand of Ezra Holdings, announce that its Subsea Services (EMAS AMC) and Offshore Support Services (EMAS Marine) divisions have been awarded projects worth US$110 million. EMAS sees strong start to 2012 with further global contract wins worth US$120 million - 12 January 2012. EMAS, a global offshore contractor and provider of integrated offshore solutions to the oil and gas (O&G) industry and operating brand for Ezra Holdings Limited (Ezra or the Group, 以斯拉控股), today announces two further contract wins worth a total of up to US$120 million for the Group. The offshore support services division, EMAS Marine, has been awarded a new charter by an oil major for a vessel to be deployed in the Asia Pacific region in the 2nd quarter of 2012. The contract has a one year firm period and an additional option period of two years with an aggregate contract value of up to US$107million (including option periods).

EMAS' Offshore Construction division, EMAS AMC, was awarded a contract by Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production Ltd, Chevron Offshore (Thailand) Ltd and Chevron Pattani Ltd. This award will see EMAS AMC installing a number of wellhead platforms and associated pipelines in the Gulf of Thailand. This project is expected to commence in early 2012 for a three year firm period (2012 – 2014) with an option period for an additional two years (2015 – 2016), which in aggregate is estimated to increase the orderbook for EMAS AMC to over $600m. Drydocks World delivered Lewek Fulmar, the world’s first UT788 CD Multi-functional Ultra Deep Water Anchor Handling Tug, Supply and Service vessel (AHTS). The vessel was built at Drydocks World’s Singapore facility. EMAS Production is set to take delivery of one of Vietnam's largest Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels from Keppel Shipyard Limited (Keppel Shipyard), on behalf of owner PV Keez Pte. Ltd (PV Keez). To be managed and operated by EMAS Production, FPSO Lewek EMAS has been chartered by Premier Oil Vietnam Offshore B.V. for the development of the Chim Sáo field off southern Vietnam for six years, with a further option to extend the charter by another six years. The FPSO charter contract is one of only seven signed worldwide in 2009, and is worth approximately US$1 billion.
