FMC Gets Shell Ultra-deep Subsea Equipment Order

FMC Technologies, Inc. to support Shell's ultra-deepwater project in the Walker Ridge area of the Gulf of Mexico. Stones is located approximately 200 miles (322 kilometers) off the Louisiana coast in approximately 9,600 feet (2,926 meters) of water. FMC Technologies' scope of supply includes eight subsea trees, a subsea manifold, topside and subsea controls and associated equipment. Aker Solutions Awarded Moho Contract

Aker Solutions received a Letter of Award from Total for the delivery of a subsea production system for the Moho Nord project in the Republic of the Congo. The contract value is approximately $850 million (U.S.). The Moho Nord project, located approximately 75 km off the coast of the Republic of the Congo, consists of the two developments Moho Nord and Moho Bilondo 1bis. FMC Win BP Subsea Equipment Contract

FMC Technologies to manufacture and supply subsea equipment for BP's Thunder Horse Field in the Gulf of Mexico. The Thunder Horse oil field is located in the Mississippi Canyon area of the Gulf of Mexico, 150 miles (240 kilometers) southeast of New Orleans in approximately 6,300 feet (1,920 meters) of water. FMC Technologies' scope of supply includes two manifolds and associated controls equipment . In addition, the scope includes several pipeline end terminations , flowline and well jumper kits and umbilical termination assemblies. Deliveries are scheduled to commence in the first half of 2013. World's Highest Value Subsea Wellhead Contract Signed

GE Oil & Gas signs record contract of nearly US$1.1-billion with Brazilian energy company Petrobras. The contract, announced at the 2012 Rio Oil & Gas being held September 17-20 in Rio de Janeiro,  includes the delivery of approximately 380 subsea wellhead systems and installation tools needed in oil well exploration, and more than 75 percent of the parts will be made in Brazil. Petrobras plans to install the subsea wellhead systems in various oil and gas fields in Brazil, including sub-salt. GE Oil & Gas $120M Subsea Service Contract

Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (Petrobras), a world leader in deep-water and ultra-deep water oil production, has awarded GE Oil & Gas a four-year service agreement to deliver repairs, maintenance and retrofits on Petrobras’ fleet of subsea equipment installed in the Campos Basin offshore Brazil. The scope of the agreement, valued at approximately $120M, includes service and repairs on over 300 exploration and 250 production tools, as well as retrofitting six subsea production trees each year with GE advanced technology. FMC Technologies Receives $125 Million Order From Petrobras

FMC Technologies (NYSE: FTI) announced today that it has received a $125 million order from Petrobras (NYSE: PBR, PBRA), Brazil's national oil company, to supply equipment for use in their oil and gas developments offshore Brazil. FMC $520M Order for Total's CLOV Development

FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI) announced it has signed an agreement with Total Exploration & Production Angola for the manufacture and supply of subsea production equipment for the CLOV development project. The award has a value of approximately $520m in revenue to FMC Technologies. FMC's scope of supply includes the manufacture of 36 subsea trees, wellheads and controls. The company will also supply eight manifolds, two workover systems and associated tooling and equipment. Deliveries are scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2012. The deepwater CLOV development project consists of the Cravo, Lirio, Orquidea and Violeta discoveries, located in approximately 4,500 feet (1,370 meters) of water in Block 17 offshore Angola.

VetcoGray Wins Shell Contract

VetcoGray, a GE Oil & Gas business, is supplying its latest MS-700 system deepwater technology to Shell Group Companies for the deepwater BC-10 project, recently named Parque das Conchas, located in Brazil's Campos Basin. The contract with Shell includes the supply of 12 MS-700 slimbore subsea wellhead systems and seven 42-inch liners, with delivery beginning in July of 2007. Once installed, the MS-700 slimbore wellhead systems will enable Shell to drill and complete wells in conjunction with their reduced bore riser and a surface blowout-preventer (BOP), thus exploiting the drilling capabilities of rigs with conventional operating envelopes, typically less than the actual water depth at Parque das Conchas (up to 1930m water depth).
