, Cardiff University speaking on fraudulent Practices for Certificates and Endorsements. Topics being covered will include an Alternative Fuels discussion panel, panel discussions on Issues Facing Fishing and Ferry Operators, a presentation on Air Emissions Regulations and Technologies. At dinner, Mr. Jim Zok, Associate Administrator for Financial Approvals and Cargo Preference, under whose stewardship SOCP falls, will provide a perspective on SOCP's past, present and future.
