Rates for U.S. pilotage on the Great Lakes

The U.S. Coast Guard issued an interim rule providing a partial rate adjustment for U.S. pilotage on the Great Lakes. This interim action is being taken while the agency completes its evaluation of issues raised in response to its proposed rule and calculates a full rate adjustment.
