Tallant is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Air War College and of the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School and Nuclear Prototype Graduate level Engineering Program. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master’s degree from Troy State University.
