FuelTrax Obtains European Union Patent Protection

Nautical Control Solutions, LP (NCS) announced that its FuelTrax Marine Fuel Management system has been granted patent protection by the European Patent Office (EPO). The EPO is a member of the Trilateral Cooperation established in 1983 between the European, Japanese, and United States patent offices.

Anthony George, CEO of NCS, said, “Under the EPO we selected the countries we believe will offer us the largest blanket of protection within the European community.”

The FuelTrax EU patent includes these countries: United Kingdom, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Greece.

Mr. George continued, “We were granted our first patent in the United States in 2006 and now with the addition of the EU, are protected in 11 countries.”
