SeaMobile, Inc., a provider of at-sea communications, connectivity and content services announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Geolink, a pioneer and leading provider of satellite-based broadband communications and networking services with extensive experience serving the European market. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. During the past year, SeaMobile has quickly become the dominant player in at-sea communications services. In May 2006, SeaMobile also acquired satellite industry leader Maritime Telecommunications Network (MTN).

With the acquisition of Geolink, SeaMobile now provides broadband satellite, wireless voice and data, internet connectivity, television and other services for more than 300 maritime vessels throughout the world. Geolink significantly expands and strengthens SeaMobile's presence in the European market.

In addition to providing communications services to cruise ships and other maritime vessels throughout Europe, Geolink also has developed a suite of niche solutions for land-based wireless communications serving individuals, businesses and organizations worldwide. Geolink utilizes a partnership with the world's leading satellite networks (Inmarsat, Iridium, Eutelsat and Intelsat) and selected Land Earth Stations to provide service to more than 150 countries throughout the world.
