Wilhelmsen Ship Management, Aurora LPG form JV

 

Wilhelmsen Ship Management (WSM) announced a joint venture agreement with Aurora LPG Holding ASA (Aurora) for the technical management of Aurora's VLGC fleet.

The joint venture will be named "Aurora Wilhelmsen Management Ltd" and will be incorporated in Hong Kong.

Aurora Wilhelmsen Management (AWM) aims to provide quality ship management solutions to Aurora’s fleet with cost optimization.

“We are excited to join hands with Aurora LPG. This is a win-win scenario and this partnership enhances our strengths in the LPG industry as well as confirming our position as a world class ship manager,” says Paal Gunnulfsen, Regional Vice President Asia, WSM.
The partnership is a strong strategic bond leveraging the respective strengths and experiences of both companies.
