Invention Patent for Jinhai Heavy Industry

Jinhai Heavy Industry of China has received patent rights for its large ship superstructure hoisting method after a state intellectual property review. The patent rights is for twenty years.

The invention patent of large ship superstructure assembly method, is based on the weight and center of gravity of the whole superstructure, gantry crane equipment parameters, such as wire rope length and angle of precise calculation, according to the weight lifting point configuration and the overall design rings, the overall finite element model is established,  a comprehensive check and correction, finally complete the safe and efficient lifting operation, so that the dock cycle shortened obviously, greatly ease the ship total set of ground pressure, effectively promote enterprise's production of the ship.

For a long time, Jinhai heavy industry as a national high-tech enterprise, Zhejiang province's shipbuilding industry leading enterprises, attaches great importance to scientific research and technological innovation, constantly increase input in the patented invention. Up to now, the enterprise has self-developed 25 patents, was named in 2013 of zhoushan patent demonstration enterprises.

This authorization is another breakthrough in patented inventions, and reflects the shipyard's core competitiveness in a major ship-building industry, laying a solid foundation to further enhance the enterprise's comprehensive strength
