Senator Feinstein Calls for End to West Coast Lockout

Senator Feinstein (D-CA) issued a Statement calling for an end to the current lockout at West Coast ports and a return to the bargaining table. She believes President Bush should invoke the Taft-Hartley Act to require an 80-day cooling off period if necessary.
