Iranian Navy Commander Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari said that Iranian Navy is a “symbol of fight against maritime terrorism and establishing security”

He underscored his forces' high level of preparedness to push back any possible threat to the nation. "The young naval forces are ready to confront any threat" and they will defeat the enemies in a humiliating way, Sayyari said.

Sayyari said that simulation systems and software will be installed in Rasht advanced training center. Describing navy a strategic force in Iranian Army, Admiral Sayyari emphasized on training expert, revolutionary, faithful, committed forces in navy. He also hailed deployment of Damavand Destroyer in navy fleet in northern part of the country and praised the destroyer as “outcome of coordination between academia and industry, and an honor for Iran’s Army and Navy.”
