The Ship Operations Cooperative Program (SOCP) invites the maritime industry to attend the next SOCP meeting on June 12-13, 2001 at Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts. The meeting will feature Mr. Bernardo Obando-Rojas, Seafarers International Research Center, Cardiff University speaking on fraudulent Practices for Certificates and Endorsements. Topics being covered will include an Alternative Fuels discussion panel, panel discussions on Issues Facing Fishing and Ferry Operators, a presentation on Air Emissions Regulations and Technologies.
