This is China's first mandatory use of low-sulfur coal industries to cope with pollution. Over the past few decades China pursuit of economic growth at all costs, resulting in air, water and soil polluted, causing strong public resentment, the leadership is deeply worried.

China promulgated a series of laws and regulations before environmental pollution, but because of inadequate supervision and punishment, Enforcement is very difficult.
