ACB Elects Fleet Manager

October 15, 1999

Gary C. Ruff has joined American Commercial Barge Line LLC as fleet manager in the planning center. Ruff, who previously served as logistics manager for Holman Cement, holds a bachelor's degree from Lindenwood College, St. Charles, Miss.
