Shangai-based PACT Environmental Technology win $3.5M orders for BWT plant

Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited  announce that its subsidiary, PACT Environmental Technology Company Ltd.("PACT") has recently been awarded  contracts worth about US$1.3million from two companies outside China and another one  worth about US$2.2million from a company in Jiangsu, China.

These contracts  cover design, supply, supervision of the installation and the commissioning of waste water and water treatment systems both to ships and to shore-based industries.

PACT has decided to have the equipment tested, both land-based and onboard tests, carried out in China (there are now the necessarly facilites) in April and October respectively.

The company is upbeat about its future in the supply of ballast water equipment due to expected enactments of mandatory requirements for the shipping industry. They anticipate more work coming from outside and within China in the coming months
