Navigation Lights For Vessels

The U.S. Coast Guard is delaying until November 1, 2003 the effective date of the final rule on certification of navigation lights for uninspected commercial vessels and recreational vessels. The delay is intended to provide additional time for the completion of testing of the lights by certified laboratories. 67 Fed. Reg. 2329 Source: HK Law
