Northrop Grumman Wins Navy Deal
Northrop Grumman Ships Systems, Pascagoula, Miss., is being awarded a
$10,000,000 cost-plus-fee modification to previously awarded contract
(N00024-02-C-2302) to enhance DD(X) Program Life Cycle Cost Estimate deliverable.
This effort modifies Contract Data Requirements List A.20 with additional
requirements in order to provide greater detail into the DD(X) Program Life Cycle
Cost Estimate. Work will be performed in Tewksbury, Mass. (35 percent);
Pascagoula, Miss. (23 percent); Bath, Maine (18 percent); Minneapolis, Minn. (7
percent); Moorestown, N.J. (4 percent); Farmington, Utah (4 percent); King George,
Va. (4 percent); Chantilly, Va. (3 percent); and Alexandria, Va. (2 percent), and
is expected to be completed by March 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C.,
is the contracting activity.
