Pacific Green Names Helland-Evebo as VP

Pacific Green Technologies, the developer of emission control technologies that remove pollutants from marine engine, announced the appointment of Frode Helland-Evebo as Vice President, Marine Direct Sales, a new position at the Company, effective September 1, 2019.

The owner of the ENVI-Marine and ENVI-Clean Exhaust Gas Scrubbing Systems said in a press release that Frode is a sales professional with 24 years’ experience in roles with leading Scandinavian and international corporations, including Autronica (a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation), Honeywell, Consilium and Zenitel.

Frode joins from the international exhaust gas scrubbing business, Clean Marine AS, where for the last seven years he was Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, responsible for fast sales growth and helping to establish Clean Marine as one of the world’s largest scrubber manufacturers.

Pacific Green Executive Director, Scott Poulter said: “Having secured a large-scale commercial production partner and a $180M+ order book for delivery of our state of the art ENVI-Marine scrubber systems, we are rounding out the final elements of our senior management team required to manage the rapid commercial growth of our class-leading products. Frode brings the ideal skill set and experience to support the achievement of our goals, and we enthusiastically welcome him to the organization.”

At Clean Marine, Frode developed and implemented strategies, processes and tools for growth. He developed client targeting programmes and established a global agent network, said the release.
