Code of Practice on Security in Ports

The IMO released the draft IMO/ILO Code of practice on security in ports. This code, while not legally binding, is intended to assist in identification of the roles and responsibilities of governments, employers, and workers with regard to security in ports. It follows, where practicable, the practice and principles identified in SOLAS Chapter XI-2 and the ISPS Code. (HK Law)
