Top Tankers Receives M/T Edgeless
TOP Tankers Inc has taken delivery of the M/T Edgeless, a 147,048 DWT double-hull Suezmax tanker, built in 1994 by Harland & Wolff Heavy Industries Ltd, of the United Kingdom. The vessel has been financed with the Company's cash reserves and secured bank debt.
The M/T Edgeless is the final of four Suezmax deliveries for the fourth quarter of 2005 and will be deployed in the spot market, which currently averages approximately $75,000 per day.
