Ribcraft Delivers Rescue Boats

Ribcraft announced the delivery of several 15-ft. fire rescue craft to Ancom Systems Inc., an international supplier of rescue equipment. Ancom Systems, with offices in Ontario, Canada, supplies rescue and safety equipment to the Chinese Markets. Specializing in first responders and private industry, Ancom has introduced the Ribcraft 4.8 rescue craft, measuring 15.5 ft., as a standard marine offering. The first boats delivered will be employed by the Chengdu Fire Department in Chengdu, China for use on several large inland bodies of water in their jurisdiction.

The Ribcraft 4.8s delivered to Ancom Systems featured red Hypalon tubes complete with added bow reinforcing, an aft bench seat with storage, and a stainless steel A frame with a red light bar. Rigged with a 60 hp Mercury Big Foot four stroke outboard engine, the boats provide well rounded low and high end power while combining the efficiencies of four stroke technology. Ideal for rapid deployment, the boats were delivered with heavy duty roller trailers.
