Norwegian Shipowners Face Cash Crunch
Access to capital for cash-hungry Norwegian offshore shipowners is expected to tighten further as lower activity and falling profits continue in 2016, the Norwegian Shipowners' Association said in its yearly outlook report on Tuesday.
