New products on display will include the Dometic Cup Cooler, the Smart Touch Integrated Intelligence Control system and the Dometic Sea Xchange watermakers; attendees can also check out Dometic’s Livos engine ventilation equipment and DuraSea cooling systems
Dometic Marine, a division of Dometic Group, will launch a range of new equipment, including products reported to be the first of their kind for the marine industry, at this year’s International Workboat Show, December 3-5 in New Orleans.
Among the new products on display will be the Dometic Cup Cooler, the marine industry’s first thermoelectric cup holder, the Smart Touch Integrated Intelligence Control (STIIC) software for remote monitoring and the Dometic Sea Xchange line of watermakers.
Dometic will also exhibit its Dometic Livos range of marine engine room ventilation systems and components, including axial fans, centrifugal blowers, smoke and fire dampers, mist-eliminating grilles and electronic fan controls.
Attendees will be able to see Dometic’s DuraSea air-cooled direct expansion air conditioning equipment range. For effective cooling of multiple onboard spaces including the pilothouse and crew accommodation areas, products include the new DuraSea Chiller as well as the DuraSea Condensing Unit. Both systems provide robust and reliable solutions for commercial vessels working in warmer climates, Dometic said.
“In addition to showing a selection of our HVAC, engine room ventilation, water-making, sanitation and refrigeration equipment specifically developed for the harsh workboat environment, we are excited to be able to introduce several new products featuring forward-thinking technologies which will offer our customers some true innovations with their marine equipment,” said Ed Todd, Dometic Director of National OEM Sales.
