Maritime Activity Reports, Inc.

April 9, 2007

Rigdon launched the 4000 class PSV under construction at Bollinger Shipyards in Lockport, LA. The vessels are ABS classed DPS-2 and feature Rigdon distinctive diesel electric propulsion system for superior fuel efficiency and performance redundancy. This approach allows Rigdon to provide 4,000 barrels of liquid mud capacity in a segregated, self cleaning Oval tank system to enhance the care of the product and ability to deliver 100% of cargo to rig while greatly reducing the expense of tank cleaning. At 190 x 46 x 18-ft. the Rigdon 4000 class also feature three Z-Drives and two large forward tunnel thrusters, which all translate into afaster, more maneuverable, more stable and overall safer platform than existing medium size vessels. Rigdon Marine envision these ships serving the widest array of applications in all water depths. The First and Ten is scheduled to deliver in late June 2007. The remaining nine vessels in the Rigdon ten (10) ship order will deliver in approximate 2 month intervals through late 2008.
