Noble Corporation publishes its latest fleet status report with details of new contracts, downtime, and newbuild shipyard update
Noble Corporation recently released a Fleet Status Report showing that the company's 2012 guidance on average fleet unpaid operational downtime is expected to total 3.5%.
The Company says it will continue to report planned periods of downtime by rig covering regulatory inspections and upgrade projects. Timing and length of planned shipyard stays are subject to, among other things, changes in Noble's and its customers’ schedule(s).

North Sea Noble Ton van Langeveld: Early Oct 2012 – Early Oct 2014 at a dayrate of $275,000.
Noble George Sauvageau: Early Jan 2013 – Late Dec 2013 at a dayrate of $140,000.
Newbuild - Noble Regina Allen (JU3000N I): Received letter of intent starting in the 2Q2013 – 4Q2014 at a dayrate of $230,000.
Noble Bully II: Began operations in April 2012 at a dayrate of $461,000.
Noble Globetrotter I: o Early May 2012 – Late Jun 2012 at a reduced dayrate of $328,000. o Early July 2012 – Early May 2022 at a dayrate of $422,000.
