DOF Inks Two PSV Contracts

The DOF Group has been awarded two contracts for the provision of the multipurpose support vessel (MSV) Skandi Skansen and the platform supply vessel (PSV) Skandi Caledonia in the Mediterranean.

The contracts will commence in 4th quarter and secure utilisation of 90 days plus options for the Skandi Skansen and 300 days plus options for the Skandi Caledonia.

The Skandi Skansen is a new generation high powered anchor handling vessel designed for field installation operations across a wide range of water depths and environmental conditions. Skandi Skansen is also classified as a CSV as the vessel is well equipped to carry out construction support activities.

Skandi Calendonia is a PSV characterized by large deck space and broad cargo handling capability.
