Deepwater Port Regs Revised for LNG

The U.S. Coast Guard issued a temporary rule revising the deepwater port regulations to accommodate the use of such ports to handle liquefied natural gas (LNG). The temporary rule also updates and streamlines the prior deepwater port regulations. Comments on these changes should be submitted by July 5, 2004. 69 Fed. Reg. 724 (January 6, 2004).
