Munson Delivers Landing Craft

The William E. Munson Co. delivered a 32 x 12 ft. Packman High Performance Landing Craft to Peter B. Wright of Juneau, Alaska. Designed as a commercial transporter and private sports boat, the vessel is designed to transport a small track-hoe excavator and construction equipment. Twin 250 hp Yamaha outboards provide a 40 knot top speed and 26 knot cruise, burning 18 gph. Additional outfitting includes a full walk-around live-aboard house, two captain's seats, 12V window defrosters and wipers, seven in. spotlight, radar, GPS, VHF, peripheral rain roof overhang, aft house roof ladder, 12V bow door winch, 12V crab pot puller, side access door and beaching wear plate. Length: 33.5 ft. Beam: 11.8 ft. Hull Draft: 19 in. Displacement: 12,000 Speed: 40 knots Transom Deadrise: 16 degrees Forefoot Deadrise: 33 degrees Bow Door Width: 72 in. Wheelhouse: 90 x 96 in.
