CMI Appoint Brendan Sheppard Director of Engineering

Crane Materials International (CMI) name industry veteran Sheppard as Director of Engineering: he will be responsible for leading CMI’s engineering support services for the company’s sheet piling and marine piling applications.

Prior to joining CMI, Sheppard served for 13 years as a Project Manager, Engineering Manager and District Sales Manager for Tensar Corporation in Alpharetta, GA. Sheppard’s tenure at Tensar gave him tremendous experience leading engineering teams through successful projects and sales results.

Throughout his professional career, Sheppard has designed hundreds of retaining walls, foundation support systems, landfill embankments and has been the Engineer of Record in over 35 states and several Canadian provinces. Sheppard has also worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Willmer Engineering Inc. He has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.
