Two Execs Indicted for Rigging Bids

The US Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a news release stating that two executives have been indicted for alleged participation in a conspiracy to rig bids, fix prices, and allocate market shares for sales of marine hoses used to transport oil. Source: HK Law
